We offer free domestic returns for UK customers. For non-domestic returns the customer will need to pay shipping fees.
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Items must be returned in original packaging with tags/ labels included.
Item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of the refund being approved.
We will only refund the value of the item(s) purchased and not the original delivery charge.
For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item and request a refund of the unwanted item.
